FUTURE SKY SAFETY’S 1ST PUBLIC WORKSHOP

Future Sky Safety is pleased to invite you to its 1st Public Workshop (8-9 March, 2017 in Brussels, Belgium at Eurocontrol Headquarters).

The “Future Sky Safety: a Joint Programme for Aviation safety” workshop is open to aviation safety stakeholders. It will constitute an opportunity to discuss emerging safety issues and trends and to be updated on the latest research developments in aviation safety.
Five technical sessions will explore key topics such as runway excursions, risk prevention and mitigation, organisational accidents, human errors, and risk of fire, smoke and fumes.

In addition, a poster session on these topics will be open to students, researchers and projects. Finally, EREA (European Research Establishments in Aeronautics) will provide an overview of the institutional safety projects the Association coordinates.

The draft agenda of the event is available on the workshop page to be shared and downloaded (minor adjustments and speakers’ confirmation will follow soon).
