INNAXIS

INNAXIS Research Institute is a private and independent research institution operating in the transport sector. Its mission is to address complex scientific challenges of significant social and economic impact.

By using an interdisciplinary approach and state of the art data science, mathematical modelling, nonlinear systems, predictive analytics and computational simulation, INNAXIS studies large-scale, network-based socio-technical systems such as transport, energy and ICT.

INNAXIS also organises several aviation-related events yearly for the benefit of the research community (e.g. SESAR- ComplexWorld events, annual workshops on Data Science in aviation. Furthermore, Innaxis plays an active role in different national and European aviation research initiatives and boards such as ACARE.

In OPTICS2, INNAXIS:

• Contributes to the projects assessment and to the development of the state-of-the-art of safety and security EU research,
• Supports the organisation of stakeholders’ engagement activities,
• Contributes to the dissemination activities.
